What Are We Looking for?

We’re interested in personal and relatable entries that revolve around the topic that we’ve selected for the current week/month. You will see the current topic on Instagram and on our website, as well as in
The Attachment Diaries Form.

The topics that we will include will mostly focus on experiences around:

  • Toxic relationships & relationship red flags
  • Childhood memories & traumas
  • Personal development progress & strategies
  • Dating (+ online dating) & dating fails
  • Sexuality & intimacy (LGBTQA+ included)
  • Progress on developing attachment security

We are looking for entries with strong and insightful takeaways.

We all have unique personal growth journeys. Often, we realize something, and we might wish someone had told us about it a
long time ago – so that they would spare us the trouble.
Unfortunately, that’s often not how it works.

Yet here, you have the chance to share what you’ve learned
on your life journey.

You have the chance to ease someone’s heartache, to help with useful, practical advice, and to encourage and inspire people who
are going through the same things you were once going through.
Take this opportunity to share relatable, powerful, and maybe even life-changing takeaways! We’re sure that it will be highly appreciated.

Tips on How to Make the Best out of The Attachment Diaries

1
Keep your entry relevant & relatable

Is it possible that many other people are dealing with the same issues you want to discuss in your piece? Is the insight you share going to spare them unnecessary struggles?

2
Dare to be authentic & 100% honest

We know this might sound scary. But we also know that the more you open up about the difficulties you’ve been through, the greater the sense of relief you will get afterwards. Besides, you have the option to do all of this completely anonymously!

3
Avoid clichés

We strongly encourage you to avoid clichés or repeat information we’ve already shared in our regular blog section. Feel free to explore original ideas, realizations, or lessons you’ve learned throughout your life.

We are truly grateful for your interest and contributions!
