This training is aimed at the general public as an introduction to attachment disturbances and self development.
The training is over 2 hours and 40 minutes of comprehensive lectures, a practical test to assess your attachment style and exercises to help with training secure attachment. We recommend that you continue to practice the exercises regularly after completing the course.
The course videos are pre-recorded and there is a full inventory for your reference.
