This course is aimed at people who are looking to improve their dating experiences, enhance personal strengths, recognize unhealthy patterns, and ultimately forge healthier connections.
The course contains approximately 3.5 hours of audio lessons but will take longer to apply all 53 strategies. As the course is on-demand, the curriculum is adapted to cater to the learning pace of whoever undertakes it. Access to the course is entirely online so you can complete it via phone, tablet, or computer.
